I had my first repeat resume client this week! She came to me because I did a quality job for her last time, one that ultimately landed her a promotion and interesting new responsibilities at work. I've been updating resumes for the last several years but this was a first for me...and a real shot in the arm!

What's so great about my resume services? I take the time to get to know you and personalize your resume in a way that best serves you. That's it. I don't use a one-size-fits-all template, as I don't believe one exists! What I do isn't rocket science, but it IS nuanced. I take my 12 years of experience in HR/Recruiting and combine it with the most recent statistic I've heard—that Recruiters spend 6 to 8 seconds on average reviewing your resume (I can vouch that this is absolutely true)—and, from there, create something for you that is sure to grab the Recruiter/hiring manager's attention in that short span of time.
