Winds of Change

Spring in NJ! The winds of change are blowing; I can feel it. Movement is afoot. I feel like I say "afoot" a lot when I'm blogging. What's up with that? I never say it in everyday conversation!
I use exclamation points more than the average Joe, too, and I blame that on my ENFP-ness. We are enthusiastic folks who tend to say things rather emphatically. What I love about being an ENFP: the world is my oyster and the possibilities are endless. Here's a snippet from my MBTI personality description - a teaser, if you will:
Warmly enthusiastic and imaginative. See life as full of possibilities.
Make connections between events and information very quickly, and
confidently proceed based on the patterns they see. Want a lot of affirmation from others (YES), and readily give appreciation and support. Spontaneous and flexible, often rely on their ability to improvise and their verbal fluency.
My "sabbatical" from a regular 9-5 day job has come to an end, and I'm thrilled to be throwing my energies into career & life coaching. As I discovered while chatting recently with a fellow coach, it's the first thing that's kept me engaged. Observing a client's energy is at the core of my iPEC training. We get to do more than coaching behaviors at the surface level; we get to the root of what's going on. And, guess what! I'm mere weeks away from receiving my professional coach certification.
The cool thing about coaching is that it affords me the opportunity to work with whomever I choose. Are you my ideal client? We can schedule a free consultation to find out. I believe in coaching and want it to be as effective as is possible for you, so if neither of us feels it's the right coach-client match, I'll refer you to another coach.
I'll leave you with this, simply because I love it:
"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with this one wild and precious life?"
