I'm a Certified Professional Coach who is passionate about helping you create a life that you love. My journey to career coaching began while working in Recruiting, where I found myself frequently offering informal resume review, job search tips, and HR best practices to friends.
After spending 12 years in HR/Recruiting and realizing my strength is in helping clients find their passion, I attained my professional certification through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). That's just the beginning!
Born and raised in California, a Colorado woman at heart, and a "Jersey girl" by residence, I reinvented myself and started a new career in 2016. You can too!
My services include 1:1 coaching, personality assessments (the MBTI), and an insightful stress management assessment: iPEC's Energy Leadership Index (ELI). Sometimes you need a little extra motivation to get over a roadblock. I'm here to serve as a sounding board and cheer you on as you go after the life you desire.
